I had two Lyft rides today* this COMPLAINT pertains to the first. I was picked up noon at *** Forest Street in Denver* my destination was Alaska Airlines at DIA. The Lyft app directed the driver to the WRONG terminal, and he*we wasted time and miles circling back around to the correct terminal. THOMAS, THE DRIVER, WAS GREAT. This muddle was NOT his fault, but it made my check-in*timing stressful—and the muddle is entirely Lyft's fault. (Perhaps Alaska switched terminals at some point recently?)Except for the tip to Thomas, I expect a full refund (or credit) to my account for this botched ride. *You'll see I had a second Lyft ride today from SeaTac to my home in West Seattle, which was fine.* I'm a *huge* Lyft fan and cheerleader. I never, ever take Uber! I'll be eager to hear back from you when you correct this muddle. Surely, your app*GPS for drivers should be current. WHAT GIVES?
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
