Lyft has sent me a HEAVY automated marketing schedule to complete my app to be a driver, even waking me at night with *:** pm texting. You have also sent me inaccurate and conflicting info. And I have made multiple attempts to contact you regarding issues with completing the application to be a driver...which BTW, I would kill it. BUT you won't allow any REAL COMMUNICATION, only automated BS. So very unimpressed with Lyft.
GetHuman has emailed, stating they've made a suggestion. NOT TRUE. The issue is the inaccurate*conflicting automated messaging with ZERO option for real communication with a human being. And then I got more automated BS. I have lost patience and respect for Lyft and no longer have interest to pursue anything with Lyft.
