Dear Lyft person, We ordered a ride this evening after * pm on **** from the convention center in Seattle to the Baroness hotel. It is not a long distance and it would have cost around $*. A driver came with a blue car license BHA ****. The driver got out of the car and ordered us to put one suitcase in the trunk and the other in the back seat. My husband asked him if he could put the suitcase in the backseat because my back is bothering me. The driver refused and simply said no my back hurts. Then he asks my husband, are you ok and my hisband said no. I am not pleased that you cant help my wife and I am ** years old and can’t help her either. I did put it in the back seat then the sriver got mad and just cancelled our ride. He said for five bucks I am not going to drive you! I had to take out both suitcases and a couple of little shopping bags and then the driver, who is really a heavy set unfriendly driver, just left. We then ordered another lyft and that person was on his way and one minute away from us - then suddenly he cancelled our ride. We think that they communicated. We want to report this incident because that was rude and gives your company a BAD name. I am ** years old and I am not a demanding person but that was just a bit over the top. That guy should lose his driving privilege. By the way he also had an Uber logo on the window. Thank you for your time to have read my issue and if you write back I would approciate it very much.
