Help with my Lyft issue

I did not take this a certain trip yesterday, May **th. I went from my pick up location to work which isn’t even a ten minute ride. I work at Ruby Tuesday of Clermont and the address is **** E Highway **, Clermont, FL. I was charged $** dollars for a trip I only partially took. There were three different tolls on their and I don’t need a toll to get to work. This is not right and you guys should be ashamed that you let a driver do this when he had my drop off location. I’m very very upset with Lyft. I want to speak to someone over the phone. And I don’t want credits. I want this money put back into my bank account. This driver lied. If you want proof, you can call my work location and they can tell you that I was there. And not at the drop off location that is in this trip. This driver must not have stopped the trip when he dropped me off but that’s not my fault. I expect a full refund for the inconvenience of even having to contact you guys. I want to speak to someone over the phone. My number is(***)****-****.
