I picked up * passengers tonight, May **th, in a sharing ride! In Miami Beach! Her name was Bria then I picked up Joe and I dropped him off first. When I was going to request the route to leave Bria the system was frozen and the app goes down (may be because of the rain). I asked her to please make the request again in the system like a new ride but with the same address but she refused to do it, due she had been charged for that ride. I said that I couldn’t make the ride if I didn’t have the information in my app, she was very upset about it and she showed to me the charge made it for $** in her Lyft app. I understood her position since was an app issue and I made the ride to her. Because she said he would not get off the car until I took her to her destination. I tried to call an emergency support in the moment and no one answers! So, what am I supposed to do? I hope that you can help me with this situation and pay for my ride please! *Waiting for your comments!**Best regards.
