Good Morning, my name is Zachary Hill-Joseph and my phone number is ***.***.****.**st issue: I have both my corporate credit card as well as a personal credit card listed on my lyft account. For some reason, the Lyft app keeps switching my default card from my personal, to my corporate. I have had the issue in the past but it happened recently on April **th for the ride that I took that was $**.**. I dont mind paying it at all but it went to my corporate card and My company is demanding that I have the charge reversed and sent to my personal card.***nd Issue: When I called for a lyft that day, April **th, drivers kept cancelling on me without calling me to let me know they were having trouble finding me. They charged me for all of these cancellations.**Resolution. Would you mind waiving the cancellation charges which were not my fault, as well as take back the charge on the ride that I did actually take for $**.**, and apply it to my personal Visa credit card on file?**I have been a loyal Lyft customer for many years and very happy with the service.
