The issue in GetHuman-joyceeis's own words
Today I wrote the address of **** Santa Monica Blvd. as I have done a hundred times before. I questioned the driver as we were driving as I didn't recognize the route, where we were. He said he was following his directions., (I have been a Lift passenger for * years) When we arrived at the address it was WRONG and far away from my Doctors Appointment! He would not leave the spot, I had to resend the same address to get him to take me to the address I wrote in so many times before. Consequently you have billed me for $ **.** for this ride! It has NEVER COST ME THIS AMOUNT IN THE PAST! If I do not receive a refund of at least $**.**, the amount that I usually pay for this ride, I will no longer be a Lift Passenger and will be giving my business to Uber. This seems like an elaborate scam to charge me more money than necessary ! I await a Credit and a timely response * Joyce Eisman
