The issue in GetHuman-skyokota's own words
On April **th, I requested a ride from Lyft. I was outside my building , waiting in the street. whyenh I received the text that the driver was waiting and texted back and asked where. Next I get a notification that I was a no-show and I will be charged the $* no show fee and at that moment a red car drove past me. I requested another ride and I was still standing in the same spot and the same driver, Lucien responded. He called and asked where I was and I told him in front of my address* ***** Collins, where was he waiting. He was waiting for the *nd time in front of the wrong building. I would like the $* credited back to me since it was driver error that made me look like I was a no-show. When Lucine finally did see me standing in the street waiting he was argumentative and never said he made was waiting at the wrong address. Please respond by email. Thank you.
