I was driving to work. ... Your drive Arthur Martinez Cailfornia Lic* CAA******** was in an accident with me on March **th, ****. I have been trying to contact your insurance company, York RSP for over a month. The agents name is Kristi Tipton, I have emailed her with all the details and called her a bunch of times. I can't even leave a message on her voice mail. Your driver was at fault and my passenger was hurt and my car is destroyed. I would like your immediate *attention on this matter. This accident occurred on March **th it is now May *th and l have still not heard ANYTHING from Lyft or their insurance company York RsP. I've sent all the information with pictures* the police report *. The LYFT Driver's information and contract info. And l get nothing but BS from LYFT. They are escalating the issue to the proper team Blah Blah. Someone does not resolve this issue immediately I'm going to get a lawyer. My passenger was hurt pretty bad. Your driver was under the influance or just completely of it.
They need to get in touch by phone and get the ball rolling. I'm going to take my story to the LA Times.
I'm not a customer and after this experience l never will be.
