Last night at about *:**am on Saturday April **th I requested a car for my son to be picked up at *** N Fairfax Ave, Los *ngeles CA. (Destination: **** Noble Ave, Sherman Oaks CA). I got a notification that Charles in a silver Chevrolet would pick him up. My son saw the silver car coming, when it stopped, my son asked the driver if he was Charles. The driver said Yes! My son texted me that he was in the car already. **I went back to sleep and later I got a Notification that the driver was leaving in one minute. I couldn't understand since my son was in the car.**Later on my son called me to tell me that the driver took him to the Palms area. He complained that the driver couldn't speak English and had problems understanding how things worked. I asked my son to ask the driver his name and he said Miguel. My son asked him why on Earth did he answer Yes when my son asked him if he was Charles and the guy didn't answer.**I asked my son where he was. He and the driver suggested that I requested a new car with the Palms address (**** Mentone) and the request would go to Miguel because his car would be the closest. **I didn't get a notification of Miguel's car or any other car which I thought it was weird. All of the sudden a white car with Karina as the driver gives me the alert that she will wait for one minute and leave. I tried to call my son to no avail due to poor connection, I guess. And Since my son was inside Miguel's silver car, she didn't see him and my son was waiting for Lyft to give the ride for Miguel so he could bring him home. So, Marina left.**It's already after *:**am for a trip that should have lasted **' at that time of the night in that area.**I would like to have both cancellation fees credited because your driver Miguel produced all this aggravation. **I'm a loyal customer. I or my son take Lyft rides several times a week. I used to ride with Uber but until now I was a happy Lyft customer. **Please let me know at my email:**A*****@***.com*****-***-****
