I was charged when I didn't go anywhere. The driver said the address didn't pop up when I know I entered the address in the app. I want my money back. This is unfair. The driver pulld up at the wrong address. We had to walk to his car and when we got in he said he didn't have the address. All while he is slow rolling down the block to the other end of my parking lot. He kept repeating he didn't know where to go so he was gonna cancel so we got out the car. Then Lyft had the audacity to email me and say you are charging me a lower fee because I guess since he put us out after acting like he didn't have the address. I use Lyft everyday multiple times a day but I will not use it again unless u reverse this charge. I used to think u all had good service but not anymore. And I will gladly tell everyone I know
