The issue in GetHuman-venusblu's own words
I take lyft or uber everyday to work. The drivers should have the take the shortest route with the price quote when you accept. This is more than once the driver has then the longest way and I am tired or being charged *-*$ more a trip. My ride yesterday was quoted at * when I accepted. When the payment came up after the ride it was over **. I can not afford to pay the extra money because the driver wants to go a longer way. Plus this driver stopped for gas and I was late. Every time this had happen I asked why we were going this way and they always say it las to the same place or is shorter. I am fairly new to the area and feel this is taking advantage. You should not have to pay over the price that was quoted. If this had only happend once I would think it was a fluke but this had Haugen's several times.
