Problems: Lost Keys *I obtained a ride with a Lyft Driver named Dilia, on April **, ****, at *:** PM. I lost my keys in her car.I did not realize that my keys had fallen out of my purse and fell under the passenger seat where I was sitting.*The sequence of steps since *********.*I contacted Lyft and found it impossible to leave a message. My messages kept bouncing back. I attempted to reach the Driver. She returned a call within ** hours. She informed me that she did have my keys. Dilia reported that she drives in my area frequently. She stated that she would drop the keys off at my house. I informed her that I would text her my address. **.*I was not able to text her my address through the Lyft app. *I again attempted to reach Lyft support center. Initially, they did not respond. They later informed me that they would attempt to contact her. I still haven’t heard from her. **.*My ride was Sunday and now it is Wednesday. Everyone’s keys are important. However, I am in a critical situation. My keys are to my car, work, and mailbox. I don’t have a duplicate set. I can’t afford to have a duplicate car key made. My work and mailbox keys cannot be duplicated.*Problem:*My pharmacy sent out my medication and it is in my mailbox now. I called them and they told me it should have been here by last Saturday. They assured me that they are in my box now. *I need my medication. I can't get my medication refilled for another month. I am desperate.
