I have a round trip IKA-FRA-SEA-FRA-IKA business class ticket with Lufthansa, and am booked for the inbound trip on ** Sep ****. I paid a premium price for privilege of changing departure dates. I need to return sooner, any time between **-** Sep, would be OK. Lufthansa tells me my ticked was purchased from a travel agent & not from them, so I should ask the travel agent in Tehran to make travel date changes. I think this response is pretty bureaucratic and petty. I would like Lufthansa to do the date change, especially that I paid a premium price for this ticket.

How GetHuman3510766 fixed the problem
I called overseas, and spoke with the travel agency where I'd purchased my Business Class Lufthansa ticket. The travel agent was able to change my departure date. Shame on Lufthansa USA Customer Service!
