Help with my Lufthansa issue
The issue in GetHuman-arunarai's own words
I travelled to Kenya with my son and his family (total passengers *) with Lufthansa on the **th July ****, flight number LS*** depart London Heathrow at **.**am - stopped in Frankfurt for an hour and reached Nairobi Jumo Kenyatta International airport at *.** pm. approximately. We found all our bags except one. We kept looking and looking. We had two children age *yrs and **yrs old. No body said anything about the luggage. We asked everyone you could possible ask. At around **.**p.m. we were told that Lufthansa had withheld our bag. We had to wait to fill in a form which took ages. I can assure you that we were very tired and children were exhausted. Most of the passengers had left. Very few people left. We had to fill in a form. They said they would delivery our bag the next day. Next day, we were leaving for Masai Mara at *.**am. They said they will deliver the bag next day. They gave us a Reference No. NBOLH***** for your information There is no way they could have delivered the next day as the flight comes in the evening and Masai Mara is not in Nairobi. I gave an address in Nairobi. They did deliver the bag but no the next day but on the third day. We had to leave for Masai Mara and we did not want to spoil our holiday any more. It was not a good experience to find clothes for children. I think you can understand the frustration and problems we suffered.*This is not the first time we traveled with Lufthansa airlines. We have traveled many times before.*You can clearly see that we had lot of hassle and frustration. It would be appreciated if we are compensated appropriately. *My name Mrs Arunaben Raichura - Telephone No. ****-***-**** and my Mobile No. is ***********.*I would really appreciate if you could sort this matter out satisfactorily and look forward to hearing from you.
