I recently flew with Condor for the first time and purchased a premium ticket. Unfortunately, all my flights have been delayed, including my return flight from Cenador to BWI. Upon arrival, I rushed to gate B62 after an urgent announcement only to find a long line and no air conditioning. The staff at the desk refused to let me skip the line despite having a premium ticket. When I inquired, the ticket agent was unfamiliar with the premium service. Eventually, I spoke to a manager who explained the delay was due to boarding a bus to the plane. Although I was told to board urgently, I am still waiting in a hot and crowded area without any sign of boarding. This continuous delay throughout my journey has left me disappointed, especially after paying for an upgrade.

My partner and I were set to board flight LH1631 on August 5, [redacted], from Wroclaw to Munich en route to Vancouver. However, we received notice of the flight's cancellation an hour before our departure time. The airline rescheduled us for a flight 24 hours later but did not honor the reserved seats we had paid for, amounting to approximately $[redacted] CAD. This disruption led to us missing work on August 6 which is a public holiday in British Columbia. The lost wages from that day total around $[redacted]. We are requesting full reimbursement for the reserved seats and the lost wages. Additional flight details and booking information, as well as employment verification for the lost wages, can be provided upon request.

Passenger Names: 1) N.S. Ramesh 2) S. Ramesh Our flight to Bahrain from Bremen with Lufthansa on August 8, [redacted], resulted in numerous issues: - Flight cancellation - Denied assistance despite advance booking - Offloaded with valid boarding passes - Lost/delayed baggage - Only received 10 euros/passenger for a 12-hour layover - Over 12-hour delay upon arrival We reached out to Lufthansa and received a response requesting more information. I have already responded, but have questions: 1) What is an open data transfer? 2) Every time I use the feedback form, a new reference number is provided. I have 3 different numbers: Feedback ID [redacted]9, Reference Number [redacted]7, and FB ID [redacted]4 (the latest). How should I proceed in the future? Which reference number should I use for future communication?

On July 28, [redacted], my flight LH [redacted] from Charlotte, NC to Munich was delayed, causing me to miss my connection to Moscow. Even though we rebooked our connection, my baggage, with ticket number [redacted], was lost for 10 days. This forced me to purchase essential items and pay for a taxi to the St. Petersburg airport to retrieve my luggage. Unfortunately, due to the delay, my husband and I also missed a non-refundable Bolshoi theater performance on July 29th, incurring additional costs. The expenses were as follows: - Clothing: $[redacted].43 (3 pants, 3 shirts, 3 sets of underwear) - Taxi: $60.00 - Theater tickets: $[redacted].20 Total: $[redacted].43 I kindly request reimbursement from the airline for these expenses. Could you please advise me on the process to make a claim? Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, C. Z.

My family is scheduled to fly with Lufthansa from Houston to Frankfurt on August 19th on LH [redacted], and returning on August 26th on LH [redacted]. The booking was made through United Airways using miles. I have contacted United Airways and Lufthansa three times each to inquire about purchasing Economy Premier seats. Both airlines claim it is the other airline's responsibility to make this booking. During my last call to Lufthansa, I was informed that I can only purchase these seats at check-in. I find this process frustrating, especially since both airlines are Star Alliance partners. We are a party of 3 passengers with the last name Merkel. It would be helpful if you could clarify whether this is the only option. Thank you for your assistance. Manasa Merkel

Hello, I have purchased tickets with reservation number 23QVQN and booking code UIUURD. My partner and I are from Estonia and we would prefer to travel directly from Tallinn. The reason for this change is the inconvenient flight schedule from Helsinki, requiring us to incur additional expenses for hotels due to the lengthy layovers. I kindly request to change our flights from HEL-FRA-HEL to TLL-FRA-TLL. I am willing to pay any extra fees for this adjustment. The desired flights are TLL-FRA on 19.12 at 6:35 and FRA-TLL on 05.01 at 20:30. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, RR

Good evening, I am Michelina Pozzuto, the owner of the lost luggage on July 19, [redacted], on flights: LH1843 from Rome Fiumicino to Munich and LH2074 from Munich to Hamburg. The identification number for the luggage is LH608839. Despite being assured by MSC Meraviglia ship staff that my luggage had been intercepted and would be delivered to the next port, it has not been received to this date. Moreover, the status on the lost luggage search website initially showed "BAGGAGE INTERCEPTED," which later disappeared. As of today, August 16, [redacted], there is no further information on my luggage. I would appreciate being promptly updated on the matter. Please respond to me via email at [redacted] Thank you, Michelina Pozzuto

I flew with Lufthansa on August 16, [redacted], from Reikiavick to Munich (Flight LH [redacted]) and sadly my luggage is missing. It seems they mistakenly sent it to Madrid instead of Munich. I reported the issue in Munich, but I was advised to follow up at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris as I was about to miss my flight. Today, a bag with my name on it arrived at my hotel in Paris, but it's not mine. I urgently need my luggage since it contains vital medication. I have tried calling multiple numbers without success, and I need assistance promptly. Thank you.

I am currently at Frankfurt Airport and I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. I needed wheelchair assistance at all gates and even though my journey started well on Lufthansa flight [redacted] to Bremen via Frankfurt, things took a turn. The incoming flight was delayed, causing a rebooking of my flight to Bremen resulting in a 3-hour layover instead of the original 1-hour layover. Despite flying Business Class, the amenities felt no different from Tourist Class on the smaller planes. Upon arrival in Frankfurt, there was confusion with wheelchair assistance, eventually leading us to the Business Lounge. Unfortunately, we were denied access by Ms. Pesch unless we paid an extra 29 Euros each. This whole experience has been very disappointing.

Hello, My family and I had a flight from Athens to Frankfurt to Boston on 8/18/18, flight LH1279. I had previously selected seats 14a, 14b, and 14c. However, upon arrival at Athens airport, we were informed that due to a plane change, we were now seated towards the back, causing distress for my daughter with anxiety. Upon arrival at Logan airport in Boston, a delay was announced due to parking issues for the plane. The crew did not provide drinks, turned off the air, and collected headsets during the wait, which lasted over an hour and a half. I found this lack of service unacceptable, as the crew did not make any efforts to improve the situation for the passengers. Providing cold beverages and turning on the air could have made the delay more bearable. Best regards, A.T.

Lufthansa Airline Our lost baggage reference number is LHRLH [redacted]. It has been almost four weeks since our luggage went missing on a flight for which we paid €[redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service at 0[redacted], we have not received any apology or useful information regarding our lost bag. The staff we spoke to were unhelpful, some were even rude and abrupt. We attempted to reach out to customer relations at 0[redacted], but unfortunately, no one has ever answered our calls after waiting for extended periods on hold. We are now looking to file for compensation in accordance with EU law and request an email confirming the loss of our bag and a phone call to apologize for the inconvenience caused to my girlfriend and me.

Hello, I recently purchased a ticket for my friend, Dendar Hassan, to fly from Birmingham to Munich using my bank account. However, upon arrival at Birmingham Airport, my friend was informed that the ticket was invalid. The airport issued him a reference number: PNI69H. Despite this setback, he proceeded with the journey by purchasing a new ticket. I am puzzled as to why Lufthansa deducted £[redacted].22 + £1.60 from my account for a ticket that was deemed invalid. Can you please clarify this situation for me? I am eager to understand the discrepancy. Thank you, Magdalena Majewska

Dear Lufthansa Airlines, I am writing regarding our lost baggage reference number, LHRLH [redacted]. It has been close to four weeks since our luggage went missing on a flight from Marselli, France, back to the UK. We paid €[redacted] for this flight. Despite spending approximately 10 hours trying to reach you at 0[redacted], I have not received a single apology. The phone representatives have been unhelpful and even rude. They claim to have no information about the status of our baggage and are uncooperative when asked if the airports have checked for our bags. I have also tried to contact customer relations at 0[redacted], but nobody ever picks up the phone after being on hold for long periods. As per EU law, we are entitled to compensation for this incident. I request an email confirming the loss of our bag and a phone call to apologize for the distress and inconvenience caused to my girlfriend and me.

I had my Lufthansa flight canceled, resulting in me having to buy a new ticket at twice the price. Upon arrival in Munich, I found out I was booked for the next week and had to purchase another ticket. I am frustrated by the additional costs due to Lufthansa's mistake. I've been spending work hours on hold daily, trying to reach them without success. If I don't get reimbursed, I will pursue legal action. I have documentation for all my flights and expenses. It's frustrating not being able to talk to anyone, as customer service redirects you to no avail. Without a resolution, I am not willing to spend over $[redacted] due to Lufthansa's error. Sincerely, Natasha.

Hello, I have made a flight reservation through Edreams for my father and me from Munich to Naples (Itinerary: MM4LW9) on August 28th, LH [redacted]. However, I am unable to complete the online check-in process. The preview from Edreams indicates that I, Federica Verdiana De Sio, can only check in at the airport. Having experience with airlines, I suspect this may be due to overbooking. I have contacted Edreams, and they advised me to reach out to your company for assistance. Overbooking would be concerning for me as I am traveling with my father who has health issues, and I want to avoid any stressful situations for him.

Hello, I encountered technical difficulties while trying to book a flight on your website last Thursday. I attempted to book a flight from Dublin to Israel for October 29th to November 10th. After clicking "pay and continue," a Java script error message appeared, prompting me to check my Java. No booking confirmation was received. Despite this, I tried booking again with slightly different dates that suited me better, and this time the booking went through. Upon reviewing my email and bank account, I discovered both bookings were processed. The first booking reference is RRKUC4, and the second is RSZSQA, created minutes apart as I was unaware of the first one's success due to the error message. I kindly request the cancellation and refund of the first booking, RRKUC4, as I cannot afford two flights. Thank you, Daniella

On August 13th, I accidentally bought two tickets for the same Lufthansa flight from Oslo to Frankfurt on October 31st with a return on November 4th. Usually, when I use my Visa card, I need to provide my personal code for confirmation of a purchase. Thinking the transaction didn't go through, I bought another ticket. Later, I received two separate emails confirming the purchase of each ticket. The following day, I contacted Lufthansa's Service center to address the issue. Lufthansa then canceled booking WZZ408 and confirmed booking WYE38R, with the cancellation of WZZ408 later confirmed via email. I paid Nkr [redacted] for each ticket and was informed I would be reimbursed Nkr [redacted] for the canceled ticket. However, I have not received any updates on the refund. I kindly request that the cost of the canceled ticket be refunded to my account ending in [redacted]. Sincerely, KH.

Subject: Issue with Damaged Luggage on Lufthansa Flight Good afternoon, I am reaching out regarding an incident with my luggage during a recent trip with Lufthansa. On August 12, [redacted], I was scheduled to fly from Lviv, Ukraine, to New York, USA, on flight LH [redacted]. However, the flight was cancelled and replaced with two alternative flights on August 13, [redacted]: LH099 from Munich to Frankfurt and LH402 from Frankfurt to New York (EWR). Upon arrival in Newark, I discovered that my luggage had been severely damaged. I followed the necessary procedures and reported the issue at the luggage claim desk. The staff member took down details about the damage and instructed me to purchase a new luggage, keeping the receipt for reimbursement. Unfortunately, when I returned to Ukraine and visited the Lufthansa service desk in Lviv on August 26, [redacted], I was informed that some required documentation was missing from the USA side, specifically a paper with a tracking number that was not provided to me. I have photographic evidence of the damaged luggage and a receipt for the new purchase, but I am missing the tracking number. I kindly request assistance in determining if the information was recorded by the staff member in Newark and guidance on the next steps to secure a refund for the replacement luggage. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me at +[redacted]08 or via email at [redacted] I look forward to your response. Thank you for your assistance. Warm regards, Ivanna R.

Dear Lufthansa, I am a new customer who recently flew on your airline from Krakow, Poland to Frankfurt, Germany on August 11, [redacted]. During my journey, I was unexpectedly charged an excess baggage fee in Poland for my carry-on luggage. I believe it was unjust to consider it a second bag when it was meant for the overhead compartment. In contrast, no such fee was applied on my initial flight from Newark. Despite my attempts to explain this to the attendant in Poland, I was met with resistance and rudeness. The document number related to this incident is [redacted][redacted], and the charge amounted to a significant PLN [redacted].13. I am disappointed by this experience and kindly request a potential refund. Thank you.
