Dear Sir*Madam* * Myself and my husband were due to go to Dubrovnik on Saturday **th May **** returning on Thursday **st May ****. However, we had to cancel that date due to a family funeral being held on the Saturday. We rescheduled the flights for Sunday **th May until Friday *st June. We used your company for both bookings and I was enquiring as to whether under these circumstances we could get a refund on the cancelled flights. The reference number is NBYFOY and the flight details were LH*** (Manchester to Frankfurt) LH**** (Frankfurt to Dubrovnik) then LH**** (Dubrovnik to Munich) LH**** (Munich to Manchester).* The flights we are booked on now are as follows: reference number O*RYQN and the flight details are LH**** (Manchester to Munich) LH**** (Munich to Dubrovnik) then LH**** (Dubrovnik to Munich) LH**** (Munich to Manchester) which departed on Sunday **th May **** and returned on Friday *st June. The names are Lisa Jayne Lester and Thomas Lester. We booked flights last year with your company to Dubrovnik but my father in law passed away so we had to cancel that holiday. Then, I was diagnosed with cancer back in July, I’m currently in remission and this break was to celebrate that fact. I really hope you can be of assistance to us. * * Kind regards* Lisa Lester.
