Purchased a storm door and installation from Lowe’s. Installer said weatherstripping would relax over time and cover opening at bottom.*When that never happened and before it was out of warranty, I contacted the Lowe’s store and they told me to call the installer directly. I tried several times and he finally called me back and came out to inspect and confirmed I needed a new part. He ordered the part from the manufacturer through Lowe’s and said it would be about ten days. After two weeks, I called him and he said he would contact Lowe’s and see what happened and reorder if needed and get back to me. I have called several times and installer has not returned my calls.*I want this new part installed within the next two weeks. We have been patient but are extremely frustrated!
