I was trying to get my **% discount. ... I made two purchases through the Lowes App as recommended by a store employee to get the Veterans Discount. I did not get the discount so I went back to the store to request it. They verified my veteran ID and told me they were going to process it. ** days later and it still not processed. I called the store and CS rep was very rude and told me she could not verify anything for me.
That I followed their employee recommendation while IN THE STORE to use the Lowe's App to make the purchase. They gave me wrong information and when I tried to correct it, they dont take the time to fix it, in fact they are rude and disrespectful.
They could simply pull up my order receipt and issue the refund of **% in their system.
I've been a customer of lowe's for ** years and this was a $*,*** purchase.
I went in person to the store TWICE. They made copies of my Veteran ID and receipts and told me they were going to process the refunds. I called Lowes APP phone number and they called the store directly and nothing has happened yet.
