I have been trying since Dec. **** to get a rebate on * Lg appliances. I have sent * letters to the corporate office with my receipt and yet there is no mention of this rebate when I am given my history by the recorded message and of course no response from the corporate office. I have been told to call back after ** days to see if my rebate for appliances was approved but I have spent over * hours since then trying to get the rebate department for a yes or a no. A young man found the problem and told me to call back after ** days but I have have no luck. I was put on hold,and disconnected several times with no opportunity to speak to anyone in rebates. Even another department could not get me to rebates. I have mailed my receipt * times. Where is it? Why have I not received an answer which I was promised by phone on May *, ****. The male found my information and said all I had to do was call back after ** days and I would be told yes or no. Yet after over ** calls and many hours, I can not reach the rebate department. My letters with my receipt of my purchases have gone unanswered. I need help and as I stated in my last letter, I expect Lowes to honor their advertisement. I bought a refrigerator-****** ltc*****, a range****** lre*****, and a dishwasher******* ldf******.
