I’ll start off with i special ordered a fridge from Lowes in sinking spring and when it arrived there was a dent in the side of it. They already took my old fridge prior to me noticing this issue. This happened in January of *****I special ordered carpet from Lowes in March of **** and i picked it up on March **th the day im typing this email. The guy brings it to the front desk and says “there is a large hole in the carpet.” “Do you need all of the carpet?” *One would think that you would call and give a heads up when they first received it so i knew what to expect, not when I’m there and i had a friend in a truck meet me there to pick it up. I have someone installing it on Sunday because he has a job as well. *I feel that the service is absolutely terrible at Lowe’s anymore and the products are junk.*I called when i got home and talked to the employee from the flooring and he told me he does not have a problem with it, well i do. He then told me he would transfer me to a manager and i agreed to it, well the manager never got on the phone and was told that he was in an interview and he would call me back. Over * hours later and i never received a call back from a manager.*If this is how customer service is going to be i will take my business to the Home Depot. Maybe this is why Lowes falls short of the Home Depot in sales.
