Defective flooring product (Lowe's) installed for project managed by Lowe's.***)*The claim is for the entire project: product, installation, and contractor.**)*Lowe’s was the general contractor and managed all phases of my flooring project.**)*Lowe’s is named as responsible party on documents for all aspects of the project.**)*The product (Swif – Lock), was sold multiple times after the conclusion of the project.**)*Lowe’s purchased the product in ******* from (can you name who it was purchased from) ?**)*It took more than six weeks for someone from Customer Service to contact me.**)*You were attempting to use an obsolete phone number for me that Lowe’s never updated – my current home land line ***-***-****.**)*Over the last ** weeks, I was told by * different “managers” (names, if requested) that I would be contacted by the Installation manager who would arrange an inspection.**)*I never was provided with a Disclaimer*Limitation of Liability from Lowe’s. ***)*Lowe’s is named as responsible party on documents for all aspects of the project.*If you need any further information, please feel free to call.
