Today I purchased wall cabinets to install in my garage. * cabinet was missing hinges. sent my son back to the store to get replacements. Salesman would not open up another comparable box to give him the replacements. I called and spoke to a manager named matthew who refused to give me his last name. he told me I would have to call the manufactor for replacements end of story! I called the customer care line, waited ** minutes on and off. long story short, I didn't get the replacement hinges. At this point, just a little info on myself, I am a top ** pro contractor at home depot, therefore, I spend a lot of money with that company. It seems everytime I shop at lowes Its always a problem whether its picking product up for my customers or returning something. I happen to come in contact and know a lot of people. You can bet that I will not be referring my customers or my associates to lowes in the future.
