Help with my Lowe's issue

We just wanted to let you know how upset we are over trying to buy a item listed on your site for sale until Nov. *nd ****, our local Vero store was out but the manager there told us to try other stores and we might have better luck, after trying other area stores and with the help of a nice customer service lady at your Products & Services number in Albuquerque, NM she found two at Lake City, FL store, but she called the store and they refused to ship to our area store or to us. * Now she said she would find us a like model and see if Lowes would be able to match the price..No Luck getting a hold of a store manager(but also found out that other like items are not available either but sure are listed), so now that we wasted ** minutes on the phone I asked for a supervisor to step in and help, another ** minute wait and we get Alfredo, he starts off saying there is nothing he could do for us, he said they don't ship items???, they won't transfer items and that LOWES does not have to state in their ads that they offer products that you don't even carry, nor did you have, he goes on to inform us that they don't need to tell the consumer that a product you list for sale to a certain date is no longer available, and that everything that's listed at a sale price is a closeout item and we, the consumer should know that and not to bother calling customer service for help?? * What?? So when I asked again if we could pay to have it shipped, he puts us on hold again, now my cell phone dies after ** minutes, but I know I gave him our number so a little while later I receive the call from your center in New Mexico, it's Alfredo, it's starts off yelling at me while informing me he wants to record our conversation, I said that was great because I too wanted to copy down all that is said so we have proof to provide to the Consumer Protection Division Attorney General's Office Raleigh, NC *****-**** So at this point he hangs up on us...Nice.* We have switched all of our family members (***) in the past year from Home Depot to Lowes because of the service we received both for our national security company and our family members over some * states, now we will have to inform them along with the public media, all consumer complaint agencies, the NC State's Attorney consumer fraud division and the Better Business Bureau, AARP, etc. of how Lowes misleads the consumer with false advertising of products that don't exist and*or only had a few they wanted to dump on the public because it's a faulty product and you are closing it out, but do not feel you need to let the public aware of same..As we were informed by Alfredo.* Nowhere on your ad does it say CLOSE-OUT, limited supply, when gone they are gone! Nothing like that, your ad shows a product on sale until Nov. * ****, that's it.. As your supervisor in New Mexico advised to take our business elsewhere because LOWES does not have to give the consumer any of that information, what is this guy talking about?* We are sorry to see that Lowes cares so little about their customers, and when we asked Alfredo if someone else could help us with this matter he said he is the only one...Wonderful, you would think with a CEO who makes almost $*,* million a year there might be somebody other than Alfredo in your customer service center, at least you have an American call center, that was nice to hear!* We will give this a couple of days to see if we can reach someone other than Alfredo before we start proceedings with the media outlets, internet and all legal agencies that govern consumer fraud and customer service both local and national. It's a shame that at ** years young, I have to be treated like some punk kid on the street by your supervisor Alfredo, Shame!
