I placed my original order, Item * ******, on Oct. **. I received an email from Lowe's on Oct. ** to contact you about delivery time, which displayed as December ****. I contacted Lowe's and was told that out you do not have any of this item in stock in my area. Why was I able to place the order when you did not have the item in stock? I lost out on buying the other model when it was on sale. I tried to order this item when it first came on sale around October *. But I was not able to order it on Lowes.com until Oct. ** because my local Lowe's did not have it but Lowe's would not ship it from another store that did have it. I called the customer service number and was told they would not ship from another store. On Oct. ** the item became available on Lowes.com so I ordered it and am now being told that you do not have it at any of your locations in my area. Can you find this item--Item * ******-- at one of your stores? If you find it, I will try to cancel my other order for the model I don't want.
