Dear lowes**I have learned I have been refused store returns with no reciept which I can absolutely honor and respect that there are those who abuse or intentionally commit fraud. However I am one of two chief engineers at texas A&M's development of century square in college station tx. I assure I'm one of your larger of your clientele locally. I run a team of guys who work for me, deal with tons of sub contractors and I'm over seeing one of the communities most renowned* property developments in history. Now with all do respect, we, my guys, subs, etc make purchases all day every day. I often end up with items of the wrong match or unnecessary and I personally make the returns for things we do need or will use. With all do respect it is often reciepts are turned in and moved up the food chain or never acquired do to the bids them selves being one solid bid. So yes it isn't uncommon I dont have access to a reciept for a product that I'm in charge of determining its application or relevance to the job. Now i respect that you have crooked people and scams to sort. But as mentioned i assure i am one of your communities middle man between your local store and a mile market massive property development. I'd like to know if I can be removed from your black list and continue to do appropriate buisness with your store including exchanging* products of no relevance for only store exchange for relevant products. I sure need a response and resolution as soon as possible. I have always been loyal to lowes and never had Intentions nor interest in Any other retailer locally* but assure I will take my personal and professional buisness else where if I cant find resolution. As mentioned I respect your policy but in regards to my personal position in my career, I ask for your consideration. Thank you.***Jesse
