Bellow is a letter I sent to your Rebate Center after wasting too much time trying to obtain a promised rebate.*Please have them send the rebate due PROMPTLY. Box *******El Paso TX *****-******October **th, *****Dear Sir*Madam:*I made two purchases of pain from Lows store ****. The first purchase was on ********* and the second on *********. Copies of the two receipts are enclosed. I filed the required paper on the internet timely and BOTH rebates requests were returned to me without the rebate. The rebate was promised in the store and is printed on the sales receipt. (Copies of the sales receipts are enclosed. Please note that the letters on the receipt were not printed in the LOWS store very clearly on one of the receipts). *When I got the rejection letters, I called the rebate center at (***) *** **** the day I received the rejection letters. I believe that his name of the person I talked with was Charlie. He referred me to another person who could see the receipts. The second person promised to make the “corrections” needed and to sent me the rebate. As of today, I did NOT receive the rebates yet.*I believe that LOWs is engaged in deceptive sales practices, promising rebates to enhance sales but use gimmicks and delays to avoid paying the rebates. These deceptive methods intent to tire clients from pursuing the promised rebates so that the client will stop pursuing them.
