I decided to have storm doors put on my apartment in Avon Park, Florida. On ******* I went to Lowe's in Sebring, paid $** to have doors measured, about two weeks later them called & came and measured, I waited about a week or two and I went to the store & they said measurements not correct, had to send a man once again. The man came and measured and then I went to the store on ******* and I paid for my doors, two storm doors. I paid $*,***.**. That included the installation. So, I waited about * weeks and they sent a man who said he couldn't install the doors because they had sent the wrong doors. So, they sent a man again to measure. I went to the store and I talked to a manager on *******, she said that they had to send for another door because they had measured it and they sold me the wrong door. On ******* they called and told me the door had arrived at the store so I waited * days. I went to the store on ******* and I talked to the manager, she told me that the door had to be special ordered because they had ordered it wrong. I called her and she told me that the doors were already there and they would send the order to the installers. I wanted * weeks and I called her and again and told her the installers had not called me. A week later I went over there and I talked to her and she checked and told me that on ****** they would come to install it. But, the installer called and told me that it would be for ******* that they would be able to come to my house to install my doors. The manager also told me that they didn't know which doors to send so they were going to send * doors so they would install * doors and return the extra door to the store. **The company that does the installation says they are so busy they cannot install my doors before October. **I have paid for the doors and I want them installed as soon as possible and I think ******* is still another * weeks from now. In October it will be * months from the time I started with you to get the doors and get them installed. **As far as I am concerned I should be given priority in the installation process since it has been so long and my doors should be installed by ******* which is one week from today.**I am not happy and I don't think I am going to give you my business again.
