I purchased * bookcases from Lowe (order * *********) that showed "some assembly required" in the web page. It turns out that FULL assembly WAS required. Lowe referred me to Porch.com, they sent me a handyman. He opened the first box, but he was unable to assemble the bookcase because the wood was warped, the holes for the dowels were too large etc., the other two boxes were not opened. I was still charged $ **.** by Porch. I personally went to a Lowe store and arranged the return of the merchandise. Lowe picked-up the * bookcases on Sunday July **. As of today I have not received the $****.** refund to my credit card.
I would like to get a full refund.
