On **** I went into store at Town square to purchase a new sliding door*screen. Paid my **.** on my Lowes Credit card. Installer, John came out on **th and stated he would have the details back in store today. Didn't hear anything from store, so I called on the **th and spoke to "Rick". He stated that he had nothing from John and would call him and get back to me by end of day. No call. So called on **th and spoke to a "Jeff". Told him story. Later that day, Rick called back very rude that I called Jeff, stating he "had ** hours to call me back".Asked to speak to Manager, Jason got on phone and was able to give me price and told me to come in and pick out door. I waited till Monday because I didn't want to deal with Rick. Gregg who worked in that dept. said he was never trained to order a door on line so Jason sent Cindy Heller over to assist. She did her best but really wasn't sure. She ordered wrong screen said John when he came out to install. Took screen back to store and said he would order correct one. Haven't heard anything so called the ***-***-**** and spoke to a Bobby. Bobby reached out to John and john stated he ordered the correct Pella screen from Jeff. Bobby stated he would have Jeff get back to me by end of day (****) No call. Please find out about my correct screen. Diane Spires *** ***-****
