The issue in GetHuman4119425's own words
About a month back my LinkedIn account was hacked. I then changed my password and added two-step verification using Microsoft athenticator app on my phone. The app was mistakenly deleted from my phone by a T-Mobile store salesperson trying to 'fix' something on my phone and evidently cannot be recovered. I am now unable to log in to my LinkedIn account with just my login name and password. I reinstalled the Microsoft authenticator app on my phone but when I try to add the 'new' LinkedIn account it asks me for the code LinkedIn is sending me. Of course, I can't see anything from LinkedIn because I can't log in!! So frustrating. I have scoured the online help posts with no success. Please respond with a solution.*Thanks.
No one at LinkedIn answers their phone and there is no previous problem in their problem solving link.
Sending me a new authentication code so I can reinstall Microsoft authentication app.
I have an issue with LinkedIn too
