I recently discovered that 21,[redacted] naira was debited from my bank account without my consent. I was informed by some of your representatives that I supposedly signed up for a premium subscription, which I did not do as it is unnecessary for me. I initially downloaded LinkedIn to aid in my job search, but unfortunately, I have not been successful. The money that was taken from my account was intended for my family's needs, and this unexpected deduction is causing me distress. I urgently require a refund as I have no use for the premium services. Kindly cancel the premium subscription immediately and process the refund. Here are my account details:

After registering, I didn't log into the program for a while and even temporarily deleted it from my phone. When I reinstalled and tried to log in, it said my account was temporarily suspended or restricted without a reason. I can't access it to understand what happened or if my account was compromised, since I haven't used it for a while.

A few years ago, I had an account on LinkedIn that I tried to close unsuccessfully. Even after my login stopped working, my profile still appeared in searches. I have contacted LinkedIn multiple times, but my profile remains on the site. It is outdated and should not be visible. I am looking for assistance in permanently removing my profile from LinkedIn. A month ago, my account was hacked, and since then, I have been unable to access it. I reached out to LinkedIn for help three weeks back, but have not received any response yet. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service by phone, I have been unsuccessful as the mailbox is always full. I kindly request a prompt response or a direct call back at [redacted]. If I am unavailable, please leave a message with a direct line for me to return the call. I prefer speaking with a person directly rather than leaving messages on machines. This morning, after using my LinkedIn account to connect with others, I later found myself logged out of the app on my phone and the website. When I tried to log back in with my email and password, I was prompted to verify my information and ended up redirected to a new account with my name. I discovered my original account through a search but am unable to access it with my correct credentials. After deleting the new account, I am now unable to locate my profile at all.

I mistakenly closed my primary LinkedIn account and when attempting to recover it, the details seemed inaccurate and did not seem familiar to me. The account linked to my email address [redacted] needs its email changed to [redacted] I go by Orla Fitzpatrick, working as an Assistant Secretary at Revenue Ireland, with over [redacted] connections. I can provide a photo for identity verification, similar to the one displayed on the account. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally closed my LinkedIn account and am unable to reactivate it. Searching for my name and job title shows a message stating no exact match was found. My good data is on nielsb1_hotmail.com, but I no longer have access to that email account. The new account is not suitable for me.

I'm facing challenges while setting up my LinkedIn account.
I do not possess a cell phone, so I rely on the captcha verification. However, I encountered an issue where the captcha seemed endless, making me repeat it despite entering it correctly.
After refreshing my browser, the captcha started showing an error message even upon successful completion, saying: "Your noCAPTCHA user response code is missing or invalid."
I seek guidance on how to resolve this never-ending captcha problem to continue creating my account on LinkedIn.

I am having trouble signing into LinkedIn because I forgot my password. When I receive the verification code via email, the reset password link in the email prompts me to enter a password instead of accepting the verification code. I need a direct link that allows me to input the verification code first and then proceed to change my password. I feel stuck in this repetitive loop and need assistance to resolve this issue.

I signed up for the free 1-month LinkedIn Premium around March/April this year. However, when I tried to cancel the free trial towards the end, the LinkedIn app did not allow me to do so. Since I am not a frequent LinkedIn user and do not need the Premium features, I am now facing billing issues with my credit card provider due to LinkedIn charging me for the service. I would appreciate it if LinkedIn could refund the payment to my credit card provider. By checking my login history and usage on LinkedIn, you will see that I have not utilized the Premium features extensively. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. I was charged automatically for Sales Navigator without receiving any notifications or emails. I am seeking a refund as this subscription seems unnecessary and the lack of notification for the trial date is unreasonable. Our account is currently restricted after being hacked two weeks ago. Around [redacted] unauthorized emails were sent from my account. I quickly changed the password, deleted [redacted] unopened emails, and informed the recipients of the remaining 70. It seems this activity triggered the restriction. We suspect the malware came from one of my contacts. We urgently need the restriction lifted so we can resume using LinkedIn. Please advise us on what steps we should take to resolve this issue.
