Dear Sir/ Madam, I recently transitioned my career to IT recruitment and updated my LinkedIn profile accordingly. My company suggested getting a premium account for networking during my free first month. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to leave the company and put my career on hold. Regrettably, I forgot to cancel the premium subscription, and it has charged me almost £[redacted], a significant amount given my current situation. I'm now focused on caring for family members and cannot afford to lose this money to a service I no longer need. I understand it's my responsibility, but the abrupt changes in my life have caused this oversight. I hope you can review this situation considering my minimal activity on the app. I am aware of the non-refundable policy but seek your understanding and assistance during this challenging time. Kind regards,

Hello, My name is Ugwumadu Jeremiah Ifeanyi, a LinkedIn subscriber. Today I received an unauthorized debit alert of #10,[redacted].34 from my naira account for a LinkedIn subscription. I have reported this issue to my bank, and they confirmed the unauthorized debit was indeed from a LinkedIn subscription, which I did not authorize. Please refund the mentioned amount promptly, as I did not authorize this debit and have no knowledge of this subscription. The transaction occurred when my account had insufficient funds and should not have gone through, resulting in a surprise debit alert today. Kindly process the refund and cancel any services associated with my account. Thank you and I look forward to your prompt response. Jeremiah Ugwumadu

Hello, I'm Michael P. I am experiencing a restriction on my account. I work for a research company that conducts paid surveys on LinkedIn. Many individuals, including myself, send out messages as part of our work. I faced a restriction before but managed to have my account reinstated. Unfortunately, I am now restricted again. I am unsure how to resolve this issue. I want to clarify that I am not sending any spam or violating any policies. Thank you.

I need to cancel my LinkedIn subscription. My husband was meant to cancel it last month, but he missed it. The payment was deducted from our account this month, and it must be rectified by canceling his account. The email linked to the account is [redacted] If this issue is not resolved promptly with a refund, I will escalate it with a formal complaint. The payment was not authorized, as my husband couldn't locate a contact number to complete the cancellation as planned.

LinkedIn charged my PayPal account $59.99 despite my efforts to cancel. I don't use their service and am unsure what the charge is for. I just attempted to cancel again and hope it was successful. The unexpected charge may lead to an overdraft, especially near Christmas. I don't have a complete LinkedIn profile set up. I shouldn't have to pay for a service I don't utilize and have tried to cancel. I am currently dealing with a difficult divorce and personal matters concerning my daughter, so this issue is adding unnecessary stress. Kindly refund the money and ensure the cancellation this time. Thank you.

Dear Customer Support, I recently signed up for a free trial of Sales Navigator on LinkedIn, but I didn't find it useful and was expecting a notification before the trial ended. Unfortunately, I was charged £[redacted].88 without warning. I would like to cancel my LinkedIn account entirely as I do not use it. Could you please refund the amount promptly? I rely on this money for my monthly expenses. Additionally, can you provide instructions on how to close the account via email or contact me at 0[redacted]? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Lucy

I did not create a LinkedIn account myself. I was unaware of its existence until discovering a $32.69 charge on my CashApp card from LinkedIn. Someone has created a LinkedIn profile using my name and obtained my CashApp account details to make this unauthorized transaction. I did not authorize this account and I am seeking a refund. My privacy and security have been compromised, and I fear this information may have been shared online. This is the only case I am aware of, and I hope it remains so.

I haven't logged on to LinkedIn in a long time and now need to access it. I already have an existing account but can't use my current email address. The website recognizes this and prevents me from creating a new account with my current email. When I attempt to reset the password, I receive the error message "Let's do a quick security check," and then it freezes on that page without progressing. My colleagues have informed me that they can see my account when they log in.

We are attempting to access our company's LinkedIn page. When I try to request admin access, a message indicates that I lack a 1st-degree connection. There is no one in our company aware of the current admin. Is there a solution to become an admin without their direct addition? It appears the admin is no longer with our organization. We prefer not to create a new business page.

On October 18, [redacted], my account was hacked, and I've requested twice to have it closed and deleted. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from LinkedIn. I've submitted my driver's license twice with no reply. I suspect the hacker might have control of my email linked to LinkedIn because I can't access the password reset link. The lack of human contact has left me feeling frustrated and violated. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

I signed up for a free trial on LinkedIn but realized I wasn't using it. I did attempt to cancel during the trial but couldn't figure it out. When I discovered a $[redacted] charge from LinkedIn, I found an email from you on Sunday, November 24th stating that the free trial would expire soon. Since I don't usually check my business email on Sundays, I missed this until I returned to the office on Monday. Please cancel my subscription as it doesn't work well for me. I understand its value for others, but I feel I may have missed the opportunity to cancel in time due to the timing of the email. My name is Tom Sweeney and my email is [redacted] I hope to hear from you soon.

I signed up for LinkedIn with my personal email, "[redacted]" To switch, I updated it to my work email, "[redacted]," unintentionally using two accounts. Following this, I received an email from LinkedIn stating that my account violated their policies. Unfortunately, my appeal was rejected, and my account is now permanently restricted. What steps can I take to regain access to my LinkedIn account?

I'm currently facing an issue with my account being restricted. It's surprising to see it happen without prior notice. Unlike other platforms that prevent violating names from being used, I would like the opportunity to update my name so I can maintain the network I've worked hard to build over the past months. - Starhotels UK

Hello, We are an IT company with a small HR department. Recently, our recruiting manager, who was responsible for hiring new employees, has been terminated. Over the weekend, we discovered that our recruiting manager's page has been restricted, and we are required to provide confirmation documents. Unfortunately, we do not possess these documents as our privacy policy does not allow us to retain them following an employee's termination. We now have a different manager with a separate page. We have many valuable connections and candidate responses on the old page that we cannot afford to lose. We have two primary concerns: how to regain access to our connections and why the page has been restricted to prevent this issue in the future.

I am contacting you to report a fraudulent incident involving one of your LinkedIn account holders, Rodrigo Del Castillo, who is affiliated with rephlexis. I engaged him for a project and paid him $[redacted] in cash via Western Union, but he disappeared thereafter without completing the work. I am unable to locate his home address to inform the police. I request that you promptly remove Rodrigo's LinkedIn profile to prevent similar occurrences. Kindly consider notifying him to refund the money or complete the project; otherwise, his profile should be deactivated. Despite my numerous attempts to reach him, he has been unresponsive. By taking action, you will prevent him from defrauding others in the future. Please let me know how I can assist further. I urge you to address this fraudulent activity promptly. Thank you. Su Bai

I recently tried to log in, and a message popped up informing me that my account has been restricted. The reason provided is that my account displayed behavior that seems to violate the Terms of Service. I am unsure why this restriction was imposed, especially given that it occurred right after I was asked to change my password. I need this matter resolved promptly.
