Hello team, I recently received a call on November 26, [redacted], from someone claiming to be a LinkedIn representative. They inquired about my experience with the LinkedIn premium service I had subscribed to a few months ago. After sharing my feedback, the caller mentioned refunding the subscription charges due to my perceived lack of benefit. Despite not providing my credit card information, the caller somehow had access to it. During the call, the individual recited part of my card number and initiated multiple unauthorized transactions totaling 87,[redacted] INR from my account. I now realize the person was not a legitimate LinkedIn representative, though they possessed details about my subscription history and payment amounts. Hello, I'm currently in charge of my company's LinkedIn account, and we are experiencing some difficulties with our job postings. Even though the postings appear in the user job search engine, I am unable to manage or view the applicants since it states that we have no job postings. I've attempted to look for solutions in forums, but so far haven't found any explanations. It's possible there might be an internal issue causing this problem.

I would like to request administrator rights for our company's account "UFZ" (Helmholtz-Zentrum für Umweltforschung - UFZ). I am a member of the public relations team at UFZ. It appears that there are two accounts related to UFZ, one named UFZ (the one we wish to use) and the other named "Helmholtz-Zentrum für Umweltforschung," both of which seem to have been created by someone outside our organization. We aim to enhance the professionalism of the UFZ account and gain control over it.

Hello everyone on LinkedIn. I recently reached my connection limit even though I have Navigator. I really need to contact these individuals as I receive numerous requests weekly on my Facebook page. Being an expert in my field, giving talks on financial crime, I receive messages via my Facebook page and add them on LinkedIn. Today, I deleted some sent requests in the hope it will assist in getting me out of connection restrictions. Thank you all for your support and assistance, it is much appreciated.

I recently discovered that someone has tampered with my LinkedIn account. They removed my icons and replaced them with icons for job postings. Additionally, all my search requests have been altered, hindering my job search in my field. I urgently need this matter rectified, and I seek guidance on enhancing the security of my LinkedIn account to prevent future breaches. I paid $35 to post a job on LinkedIn for a 7-day trial period. However, after receiving an email about trying the premium features and clicking on it, my regular subscription disappeared, I was charged the $35, and did not get the 7-day trial. My LinkedIn profile, along with Recruiter access, has been restricted despite providing my identification documents. This has hindered my ability to work on my current contract and search for new jobs. I was assured by a LinkedIn representative that the matter would be addressed promptly, but I have not heard back even though more than 24 hours have passed. I require assistance as I have been attempting to call numerous times. My Linkedln account, Dana Player with Dynasty Fire, seems to have a duplicate account created in error. The system only allows me to access the new account, and I am unable to sign in to my original account set up several years ago. I need the duplicate account deleted, and I must regain access to my initial account. Unfortunately, my password is not working. Can you please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue? I am an avid LinkedIn user who relies on the platform for networking with tax professionals and job searches. I recently received an email notification regarding new Terms of Membership for a supposed Linkedin account linked to me. However, I do not possess an account on Linkedin and never have. Despite attempting to report this issue as a scam through the official Linkedin website, I am struggling to make progress as they request confirmation of an account URL which I cannot provide. I have no account credentials and no intention of creating an account. I wish for Linkedin to completely remove my email address from their records as I suspect someone may be pretending to be me by creating a false online profile. Hello, I've been attempting to cancel my premium account for about two weeks. I am unable to log in, and I see that I was charged $29.99 for this month. I haven't been using LinkedIn, and I exceeded the 15-minute limit per month, which is why I need to cancel. This subscription isn't within my budget right now. I would like a refund for the recent charge and assistance in ending my premium account.

I signed up for a trial of Premium Linkedin until December 2nd. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel before the trial ended, and on December 3rd, I was charged €[redacted].80 on my Credit Card without any notice, which I find unacceptable. The date format of 12/02 for the trial period was misleading, making it appear like a three-month trial until February 2nd. I am requesting a refund of the unauthorized €[redacted].80 charge promptly. I am very disappointed with the deceptive business practices of Linkedin. If the amount is not refunded within three days, I will take legal action to recover the sum along with compensation for inconvenience and damages. Regards, T.B.

I have two LinkedIn accounts, one named Sexpressions and the other named Senseez. After selling both companies, I need to update the email addresses linked to these accounts. Despite trying more than 12 emails connected to my businesses, none match the accounts. I have the passwords, but I do not know the current email addresses. I utilized the gift card provided by your service to post a job. The understanding was that I would be charged per applicant, as there were only two applicants. However, I have noticed I was charged twice - once for approximately $[redacted] and then again (after closing the job) for around $32. I kindly request a full refund of the total amount. I previously contacted support two days ago with the assurance that I would be contacted within 24 hours, but it has now been 48 hours without any response.
