I have been charged £*** for a premium recruiter subscription which I didn’t know anything about. I am not a recruiter and I have not used any of your service.*This is a mistake and a fraud and I have contacted PayPal who is dealing with this as well.*This is unlawful and fraudulent I have cancelled my subscription today which is the date of the end of my subscription and I wish to be given the money back TODAY

I am still waiting for the refund of £***.** to reach my bank account but at least LinkedIn has now refunded my PayPal account. It took me * days of many messages but someone helpful from LinkedIn entrerprise team replied and helped saying that they don’t want my money if I am not going to use the service. If you don’t cancel the day before the expiry of the subscription the system premium changes you straight away( in my case I subscribed to premium recruiter without even knowing it so be careful out there! which is the most expensive one and I am NOT A RECRUITER). I must have sent at least ** emails to LinkedIn which by the way doesn’t have a customer care telephone number so one can only communicate via email hoping that someone at some point will pick up your claim..very poor experience due to lack of transparency towards users, I was helped by an operator of the LinkedIn support service who kept closely in touch with me but I also had mentioned I was seeking legal advice and I was going to report to the Trading standards..I won’t go Close to a LinkedIn premium subscription again.
