Continue to receive e-mails from LinkedIn but cannot sign in, cannot change my password, have no idea how to produce a *MB image of my driver's license (there are no instructions). Trying most current password elicits "Someone already has that account." I have ONE Gmail account, no other e-mails, nothing wrong with it that I know. I DO NOT RECEIVE the links you send to reset pw (yes, checked Spam & Allmail).

GetHuman-anfrost did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-anfrost fixed the problem
It was my mistake completely: I had had to change passwords at some point months ago, noted it in my computer list, but didn’t realize I was using a printout of my password list that didn’t include this update. Should add, though, that I never received any of the multiple ‘links’ that LinkedIn sent me for resetting passsword. Checked spam, trash, ‘all mail,’ and of course inbox: nothing.
