Suddenly, I found myself disconnected without warning.
Using my Muslim name is a personal choice for religious reasons. I ask once more for a review of my account, as I have always maintained the highest ethical standards on my profile. I have engaged with nearly [redacted] followers, actively participating as LinkedIn intended.

About five years ago, I deactivated my LinkedIn account due to receiving unsolicited invitations. I have been attempting to reactivate it, but I encounter issues with both resetting the password and creating a new account. When I try to reset the password, it says there is no account with my email address. Conversely, when attempting to create a new account, it claims my email address is already in use. I rely on LinkedIn for a lead generation program with Sales Navigator. Unfortunately, LinkedIn support has not been responsive. I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter. The correspondence informed us about a violation regarding our profile name, as it should reflect an individual's real name rather than a company name. On June 3, [redacted], I signed up for a free premium trial set to end on July 3, [redacted]. However, on July 3, [redacted], my account was charged $29.99. I only noticed the deduction on July 4, [redacted], and now I want to cancel the trial and receive a refund promptly. I ask LinkedIn to cancel my subscription and reimburse the amount for the subscription that was taken from my account.

I signed up for a free 1-month Premium trial in early June which ended on Friday, June 28th. I cancelled the subscription last Friday because I realized I only needed the free basic plan. Today, I was charged for a 12-month Premium subscription that I had cancelled the week before. This is unacceptable. I did not want this service, and my account was still debited. - Subscription to SubsMusinessPlusWith1L_1M_AUTO_FREE_TRIAL for $59.99
- LinkedIn: Network & Job Search Premium Business Subscription charged at $59.99 in June and July, even though I had canceled these subscriptions long ago.
