Unfortunately I haven’t received any feedback regarding my letter I’ve sent you through LinkedIN platform on Friday ** February. I would like the refund of ***.** Euro as soon as possible in the Bank Account I already provided you. **Thank you very much, I’m looking forward your answear. ***Good afternoon! I was using recruiter lite free trial to see if I can suggest my office hiring team whether this would be useful to them or not. It was my personal initiative so I got my manager's card details to try it. I wanted to cancel the subscription since **nd was the last day of my free trial since and went ahead and canceled it. I got a message from the bank the same day that I was charged for the new subscription. I contacted you immediately today the same day **nd of February to get your help. Considering that you will be closed Saturday and Sunday, I am waiting for an update today. So far I have not received any response*update. Please refund my money as soon as possible since it's impacting my manager's personal finances.
