I signed up for a free trial of LinkedIn Premium on my iPhone through the app on 24/01/[redacted]. Upon realizing it wasn't for me, I attempted to cancel the subscription on my iPhone, but kept receiving an error message with a sad face. Despite my efforts, the subscription wasn't canceled, and LinkedIn charged me £[redacted].00, causing financial strain. I tried to reverse the payment at my Lloyds Bank branch in Leigh on Sea, Essex, UK. I am now seeking a full refund for the amount charged. The order number is [redacted], and the receipt number is [redacted]06. The last four digits of my Business Debit card (Visa) are [redacted], and the bank account number ends in [redacted]. Hello, this is Chris N. I want to report that I was targeted by a scam where someone pretended to be a hiring manager at Blockchain Inc. They tried to get my sensitive information through LinkedIn messages. The person then posed as a LinkedIn member in another message thread on January 30th, [redacted].
After sorting out the situation, I warned the impersonator not to use my personal data that same evening. The following day, on January 31st, LinkedIn Security blocked my access, even though I hadn't tried to log in or post anything on LinkedIn after that incident.
Last Friday, while working on my annual tax report, my tax assistant advised me to contact LinkedIn Security to prevent those who already had my sensitive data from accessing my profile and posting on my behalf.

I previously reached out via email regarding an issue with my LinkedIn account, registered under the name Steve T. My account was initially linked to an Outlook address that was deleted by Outlook due to inactivity. Now, when I attempt to log in to my active LinkedIn account, it does not recognize my email address. After updating the Lynda.com app on my iPhone XR with the latest IOS 12, I encountered an issue when trying to access LinkedIn Learning within the app. Every time I clicked on the "Open LinkedIn Learning" button, it froze my iPhone and I had to restart it. To temporarily solve this problem, I discovered a workaround. Simply launch the Lynda.com app and tap on "Open LinkedIn Learning." When the app freezes your iPhone, press the restart button closest to the back camera. You'll hear a click sound and the screen will go black. Press the screen, swipe up, and the Lynda.com screen should function correctly.

I am unable to access my LinkedIn account even after paying for the subscription. When I try to access it, I receive a message stating my account has been permanently restricted for violating the LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. If you cannot restore my account, please refund the 2,[redacted] INR promptly. I have not received a response from your side for 10 days. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it to the consumer court.

I am writing to request a refund for the charge of R373.74 that was debited on 08/03/[redacted]. I am currently unemployed and signed up for the premium package on a trial basis only. The money taken was meant for my family's groceries, and I did not authorize the charge. I have canceled the premium subscription; however, I am unsure if the cancellation was successful as I receive an error whenever I try to review my account. I signed up for a one-month free trial to research candidates for employers. Despite contacting a candidate with no response, I forgot about the subscription until my calendar alert. I then spent over an hour trying to cancel online without success. After calling three times for help and contacting Paypal for support, the issue remained unresolved until now. I had a frustrating conversation with Cai and Hope regarding a coerced purchase approval document. I demand a refund within seven business days or I will escalate this matter to various media outlets and seek legal action. Your company's actions have caused me unnecessary stress. Please resolve this immediately.

It has been 45 days since I first contacted LinkedIn support for help, but the escalations and research they have done so far have not been able to identify or resolve the issue I am facing.
I am extremely frustrated by the fact that I cannot get my premium membership enabled even though I have tried to pay for it with my credit card, which has already been charged by iTunes.

Hello, I currently have a personal LinkedIn account, but I've created a business account. I've been attempting to transfer my contacts from the old one to the new business account, but I'm facing some issues. Whenever I try to log in to the new account, I receive a message stating suspicious activity. After entering a code sent to me, it prompts me to reactivate an old account, which I don't want to do.
