Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to address ongoing issues with your automated system. Despite following all requested steps, such as changing my password multiple times, I continue to face login problems. The system repeatedly requests the same information without resolving the root cause of the problem. This will be my final attempt to seek assistance before seeking alternative options. Sincerely, Charles Email: [redacted]

On February 20, I experienced a hacking incident originating from Canada. Friends alerted me about suspicious links sent from my account. Despite not changing my email or password, I received requests from the company to submit my driver's license. Initially hesitant, I contemplated discontinuing the account until friends encouraged me to reconnect. Today, I attempted to respond with the required driver's license picture, only to receive an error message stating the email only accepts specific types of replies, despite complying with their instructions. I encountered this issue twice. My case reference is [redacted]-[redacted], the name associated with the account is Chip Lawing, and the email address is [redacted]

I activated my free month of Premium around February 7th or 8th when I was still in San Francisco working part-time. I accepted a job offer in Minneapolis towards the end of the month and started the new position on March 7th. Planning to cancel my subscription upon accepting the new job, I ended up moving to my new place on March 8th before being charged $59.99. I kindly request LinkedIn to refund the charge since I didn't utilize any premium features up to March 7th and was unable to cancel on time due to my relocation and new job preparations. Despite trying to reach out to LinkedIn customer service, I have not been able to connect with a representative yet.

Dear Sir, I hope you are having a good day. I made a mistake by subscribing to the sales navigator premium features unknowingly. I signed up for a free trial, but my bank notified me two hours ago that $[redacted] was deducted from my account. I kindly request you to cancel the premium features and refund the payment. I have been using LinkedIn for two to three years. As I run a small business, I am unable to afford this charge. The funds in my account belong to a family member, and I am deeply concerned about this significant amount. Your assistance in refunding the payment would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help. Kind regards,

Dear Sir/Madam, I signed up for a trial of LinkedIn Premium last month and today $[redacted] was charged for a yearly subscription. I am requesting a review and refund for the following reasons. I was not aware the full amount would be charged upfront for the year. I expected to pay monthly after the free trial. Given my small business and empty account due to family expenses, this situation is causing financial strain. I am aware of LinkedIn's policies, but the annual charge caught me off guard. I am unable to cover my expenses because of this oversight. I am willing to pay for the days of premium service used and kindly ask if canceling the subscription and receiving a refund or any other solution is possible. Your understanding in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Awais D.

We need to remove two LinkedIn accounts linked to past employees, Michener Allen Auctioneering Ltd and Michener Allen Auctions Group. The first account needs a password reset as we can't access it. We wish to update this account. The second account, Michener Allen Auctions Group, should be deleted due to limited followers. As a new hire on March 6th, I aim to help the company in various tasks, including resolving this issue. My email is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. I haven't updated my LinkedIn profile until this matter is resolved. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am part of several LinkedIn groups focused on nonprofit governance. Until a few weeks ago, I could view the statistics for each post under "all activity" by scrolling down to the last group it was shared in. This allowed me to see the number of views, likes, and shares. However, this information is no longer visible. I can still see the statistics under the "Article" section. Could you please check my account and see why the view, like, and other stats are not appearing under "all activity" as they used to, except for the last 3-4 posts? Viewing the stats under "article" works fine.

Since June [redacted], I inadvertently entered into a paying agreement with LinkedIn without my knowledge. A total of £[redacted] has been deducted from my account without my consent. While I appreciated the refund for only three months of [redacted], there are still outstanding refunds for the remaining six months of [redacted]: July, August, September, October, November, and December, amounting to nearly £[redacted]. My premium account has been closed, leaving me with no direct means of communication. I am eager to receive the remaining refund promptly. If I do not hear back from you, I will have to involve my bank. Please reach out to me via email or phone at [redacted].

Hello, Upon trying to access my LinkedIn account after a long absence, I was met with a message informing me that my account has been restricted. The reason given was that there was behavior detected that seemed to violate the platform's Terms of Service guidelines. To further understand what behaviors could lead to account restrictions, I was directed to the "Do's and Don'ts" section of the User Agreement. If I believe that this restriction was made in error, I have the option to appeal by providing verification of my identity, such as a government-issued ID. Following this verification process, LinkedIn will review my account for potential errors in the restriction. If deemed necessary, a Customer Support representative will then contact me regarding the status of the restriction on my account.

I have come across a profile on LinkedIn belonging to Mr. Hitesh Goswami that raised concerns about bribes for patient referrals. Despite my refusal of his proposal due to ethical reasons, Mr. Goswami persisted and even involved individuals from Harvard University, notably Dr. Church. Unfortunately, the individual seems to have blocked me, preventing me from accessing our conversations. I believe the content might still pose a threat. I fear this could potentially be a harmful scam by Mr. Goswami utilizing LinkedIn. I seek assistance in retrieving the conversations and taking necessary actions against this behavior. I appreciate any updates on this matter. Thank you. - Dr. Puneet Chandna

I recently received an email from a man who claims he found my LinkedIn profile. This raises concerns about my email address being obtained without my consent. The email reads as follows: **Email Address Redacted** Hello Emma, I hope you are having a great day. I want to clarify that I did not intend to intrude on your privacy or violate LinkedIn policies. I stumbled upon your profile while looking for an old friend and was genuinely impressed. Your beauty and smile stood out to me, and I would be honored to get to know you better. I am keen on sharing more about myself and learning about you, provided you are single and open to further communication. I strongly believe that things happen for a reason and with mutual effort, anything is possible. Just like how I believe that good things can be found unexpectedly. I await your kind response and I am excited to share more about myself and some recent photos. Perhaps we could meet for coffee and have a chat someday. Thank you for considering my message. Have a wonderful week. Regards, Paul.

I believed I had deleted my LinkedIn profile over a year ago, after retiring. Despite this, I continue to receive connection requests, indicating my profile is still active. I am unable to access it as I no longer have my login details, and any changes would be sent to my old work email, which I no longer have access to. I am unable to respond to connection requests, causing misunderstandings that I am ignoring them. Please remove my profile entirely as I no longer have any use for it. Thank you in advance. Tim Tuer

Hello, I recently started a free trial of the premium membership that was supposed to last until April 11th, [redacted]. After this, I would have been charged $29.99 per month unless I canceled. However, I was charged for the current month, which should have been free. I only signed up to try the premium features during the trial period and intended to continue if satisfied, but the unexpected charge led me to cancel. I was assured I wouldn't be charged during the trial. I kindly request a review of the account and a refund of the incorrect charge. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, J.

I apologize for any unintentional oversight and assure you I will adhere to all terms and conditions diligently moving forward. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely.

I signed up for a Premium subscription on February 5, [redacted], to try out its features. After realizing it didn't meet my current needs, I canceled it on March 4, [redacted], to avoid being charged for the next month. Despite canceling a day before the renewal date, I see that $59.90 was debited from my account. Due to traveling, I didn't have proper internet access to check this earlier. Could you please address this error and process a refund? I can't afford to keep paying $59.90 for the premium subscription. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

I deleted my old LinkedIn account about two weeks ago: [redacted]. I then created a new real account around the same time: [redacted]. However, both profiles appear when I search my name on Google or LinkedIn, with the deleted profile still showing up first. I'm concerned as I have upcoming interviews and assessment days for training contracts. I fear employers might find the old empty profile instead of the new one. Can you please advise me on permanently removing the first account so it no longer shows up in searches? Thank you. Kind regards, Meghana.
