I’ve just been billed a hefty $*** by Linked in after posting a pay per click (?) ad for a personal assistant.**The caliber of respondents has been weak. So I want to cancel the ad.**I tried to turn off my ad today but, thanks to the hard -to-navigate and confusing LinkedIn website, I can’t be sure I have turned off the meter. **Please therefore kindly confirm that the posting has not only been cancelled but that no further charges will apply. Thank you.**Another thing. **I think LinkedIn is conspicuously shooting itself and its employees in the foot. Why? Because you seem to refuse to provide account rep support by phone. Instead, we customers are expected to wade through umpteen web pages - none of which address clearly how to turn on and either pay for or stop paying for services.**Unless this is addressed, you will lose this customer and many others. **LlBean has probably been in business longer than LinkedIn but it still offers direct human contact with a representative .**Anthony Clifton
