The issue in GetHuman-sadiejon's own words
I have attempted to sign into LinkedIn to edit my profile, and as soon as I sign in, I get a message that my account has been restricted, and that I must have my government ID certified to continue. For reasons of privacy, I will not enter this information without speaking to customer service. However, when attempting to contact LinkedIn I have been unable to communicate with someone to resolve the situation. The page I am receiving when signing in says my account is restricted for behavior that violates terms of service, but I have only recently established a LinkedIn account, and have not actually begun editing any information. I would just like to have the account reinstated, so that I may continue to utilize the account, or at the very least, I would like to better understand why my account has been restricted.
