Hi!*With no advance info my LI account (*****@***.com) was restricted on ********, after being a client of theirs for the past * years with no issues. To the best of my knowledge I have not violated any of their terms and conditions, and believe this restriction to be an error.*With no way to get into my account I cannot navigate to their help center. After submitting my ID online I received a no-reply email with a case * ******-******, and a statement that someone from support will get back to me as soon as possible. That was yesterday AM PST.*I called (***) ***-**** and heard a message that because of an unusually high case volume there is no voicemail. *There seems to be no email or chat options and no other way to reach them. *Please advise how I can get back with my LI page and normal access or at least some kind of customer support feedback.
