Subject: Billing Issue with LinkedIn
Dear Sir,
I am writing regarding the recent charges on my credit card by LinkedIn without my authorization. An amount of Rs.[redacted] has been deducted, which I was not aware of. I have been utilizing the premium services under the RECRUITER LITE MONTHLY RENEWAL PLAN by making monthly payments of Rs.[redacted].
It is concerning that my credit card (Amex) was used without any prior notification. This feels like a breach of trust, especially when someone is given access based on trust alone. We have decided to discontinue our LinkedIn subscription and request a refund of Rs.[redacted] for the unauthorized charges promptly. If the refund is not processed within two days, we will make the issue public on LinkedIn to caution others about such practices.
We could have utilized this amount for a job portal offering better benefits. We regret opting for LinkedIn's services under these circumstances.
Thank you,
Roseline

Good day,
I have had a LinkedIn account for years with nearly 15,[redacted] connections. Three days ago, I subscribed to Premium and my account was suddenly restricted. I have never encountered this issue before and have already submitted my government-issued Aadhar card for verification. I urgently need my LinkedIn account reinstated as I did not receive any prior notification of any violations.
I have invested significant time into building my connections, and I understand that my account may have been restricted due to my usage. I assure you that my future usage will comply with all terms and conditions. Please consider unblocking my account as soon as possible.
Alternatively, if my account cannot be reinstated promptly, I request a refund for the INR [redacted] premium subscription fee I paid four days ago. I believe a warning should have been issued before taking such action, and I ask for a second chance with a clear understanding that any future violations may result in permanent account suspension.
The email associated with my LinkedIn account is [redacted], and my registered mobile number is [redacted]. The name on the account is Noor Fatima Asadi.

I am a LinkedIn member and received an invitation for a free one-month trial of Premium Careers. On October 25, [redacted], I signed up for the trial, expecting a zero charge receipt. However, I did not receive one. Immediately after subscribing, I cancelled and was assured I would not be charged for the trial month. My LinkedIn account shows the cancellation, but the charge went through on my VISA. I feel misled by LinkedIn and request the charge to be reversed promptly. I anticipate receiving an email detailing the steps to resolve this issue.

Hello,
I have been trying to reset my password using the link provided, but I am unable to enter a new password. Each time I try, it redirects me to the old sign-in page associated with an email account I no longer have access to. I do not have the LinkedIn password I am trying to reset. I have also submitted my driver's license for verification purposes. Please assist me with this issue. If needed, you can reach me at my new number: [redacted].
Thank you.

Subject: Inquiry Regarding Linkedin Business Subscription Benefits
Dear LinkedIn Customer Support Team,
I recently subscribed to LinkedIn Business from Nigeria for a one-year period at N149,[redacted].00 ($[redacted].9). Could you please provide a detailed list of the entitlements and benefits included in this subscription? I am particularly interested in knowing if this subscription adequately covers my main area of interest within Nigeria or Sub-Saharan Africa, which is job opportunities in the field of health at managerial or executive levels, focusing on project management, Health System Strengthening, Immunization, and Governance. What specific individual or corporate opportunities does LinkedIn offer for this one-year subscription? I appreciate your prompt response.
Thank you,
Dr. J. O. Attah

I signed up for the free trial on September 19, [redacted], and was charged £[redacted].88 on October 19, [redacted]. I did not receive the email reminder notifying me that the trial period was ending and I would be charged until I found it in my Junk mailbox. It's disappointing that LinkedIn would put such important emails in a less visible folder. I also find it frustrating that there is no direct customer service number provided.
I am upset that I have not even used the Premium features during the trial period. I have tried contacting LinkedIn through email but have not received a response. It is unprofessional for a company of this size to not have better customer service options.
I demand a full refund for the unexpected and substantial charge.

The company I support faces an issue with a LinkedIn page originally set up by a former employee under their personal account. Following the individual's departure and deactivation of their email, access to the page is lost. Despite attempts to recreate it under a new business account, an "unknown error" appears, or it shows the page already exists. Previous attempts with LinkedIn support have not resolved the issue or deactivated the old account. Losing [redacted] followers is distressing, and since older pages are unverifiable, setting up a new one is challenging. Urgent resolution is crucial for our company's social media presence.

Hello,
I recently bought a monthly Recruiter Corporate Membership to compare its value to the Recruiter Lite features. After comparing, I would like to switch to an annual subscription for Recruiter Lite instead. Unfortunately, I was charged for a second month of Recruiter Corporate because I didn't cancel in time, assuming I would receive an email reminder about the upcoming charge.
My inquiry is whether I can apply the amount already paid for the Monthly Corporate Membership towards the purchase of an Annual Lite Membership, only paying the remaining balance.
Thank you for your assistance.

I have received two job offers for the same position from different companies. One is from Kelly Lindsay and the other is from Lori Aguirre. Kelly does not have a profile online, and when I tried to verify her employment at Delaware Valley Floral Group, I encountered a [redacted] error. Both offers are for a virtual executive assistant role, and it's suspicious that neither company wants to conduct an interview for a part-time position. I am wary that this may be a job scam, possibly involving requesting my direct deposit information for payment and potentially leading to unauthorized access to my bank account. The situation feels unsettling, and I am unsure how to proceed.

I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my account indicating that I was signed up for two premium LinkedIn subscriptions, which I did not authorize. This is concerning as I have been a regular LinkedIn user for years and do not require a premium subscription. The charges were made on an old card that I no longer had access to, causing my account to close and be sent to collections without my knowledge. I only became aware of the situation after being contacted by the collections agency. I have been unable to get assistance from customer service or online resources to resolve this issue, which is quite distressing. I value LinkedIn for its security measures and fair practices, so I am urgently seeking a response to address this matter and ensure my account's safety. I hope to resolve this situation promptly to prevent any further unauthorized activities on my accounts. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
C.L.

Dear Support,
We've noticed that our account has been restricted, and we're unsure why. Our company, Lalizas Group of Companies, currently uses a personal account that was created in the past. This account houses multiple companies under it, such as Lalizas, Lofrans, Maxpower, OCEAN, and Nuova rade. Various individuals, including those from our HR and marketing departments, have accessed this account causing confusion. We would appreciate it if you could lift the restriction on the account to help us untangle this situation. Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
HR Department of Lalizas Group of Companies

Hello, I recently discovered that my account was temporarily restricted without any explanation. Following instructions, I logged in on a desktop, but was then asked to provide my identification. Subsequently, an email informed me that the type of identification provided was not supported. I am unsure of what actions to take next and seek further explanation. The restrictions are impacting my ability to connect with clients, network contacts, and potential leads on LinkedIn, resulting in financial losses and hindered business opportunities. I am advocating for a comprehensive review of the situation and urge for clear communication before imposing any restrictions. The inability to conduct transactions and communicate effectively with our network is deeply concerning.

Hello,
I recently completed a form after discovering that my LinkedIn account was hacked, as I couldn't log in with my user ID ([redacted]) and password. The hacker appears to have changed the email address associated with my account. It seems that my entire LinkedIn profile has been disabled now. I've put a lot of time into building my profile over the years and I hope to recover it. My user ID was my email address. I urgently need assistance as I'm currently in-between jobs. Please reach out to me via email or my cell phone for any updates.

Subject: Help Needed with Linkedin Account Restrictions
Hello,
I recently discovered that I inadvertently overstepped the Linkedin sending limits for connection invitations. I initiated my account this year and was oblivious to the restriction on the number of invites allowed within a specific timeframe. I represent an organization dedicated to advancing small businesses to facilitate job creation aimed at alleviating poverty, among other related initiatives. My intention was to expand our network for this noble cause. Kindly reconsider reinstating my connection privileges without the necessity of providing an email address. Although I deleted some invitations after a brief period, I overlooked any notification regarding excessive outreach. Regrettably, I failed to meticulously review Linkedin's guidelines, relying instead on guidance from a presumed knowledgeable contact. Your assistance in restoring my capabilities would be sincerely appreciated.
Thank you,
C.T.

On Sunday, October 28, I received a message on LinkedIn from a member named Henri Michel, claiming to be a freelancer in instrumental and maintenance engineering. He offered me a part-time job as a regional Accounts Receivable Representative for a company called Bin Han Furniture. After expressing interest, he provided me with an email address to contact Bob Liu, the HR Director at "[redacted]". When I reached out, Henri responded with a casual "cool," which struck me as odd for someone in his position. Subsequently, I heard from Bob Liu Niazu, the Director of HR (UK), offering me a monthly payment of $[redacted] plus 10% of all transactions handled. While the offer seemed attractive, several aspects raised suspicions. The LinkedIn profiles of individuals associated with BINHAN Furniture only going back 11 months was concerning, as was the lack of response when I requested a phone call due to my background as a retired police officer. While this opportunity could be legitimate, the red flags I noticed prompted me to share my concerns here for further investigation.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request a review of my invitation acceptance ratio on LinkedIn. Recently, I encountered a restriction that requires me to include the email address of the person I am trying to connect with. I only send invitations to LinkedIn contacts whose profiles indicate they may be interested in networking with me.
I kindly ask for a reassessment of this restriction and its possible removal, as it would significantly aid me in my daily networking activities. It is also worth noting that the restriction may have been triggered by external hacking attempts, as I noticed unusual activity related to messaging services on my account. Consequently, I have taken measures to secure my account by changing my password. Additionally, I am a paying subscriber to the Recruiter Pro service.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Warm regards,
Jacek B.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to request a review of my invitation acceptance ratio on LinkedIn. Recently, I faced a restriction that requires me to include the email address of the person I am inviting, even though I only send invitations to LinkedIn contacts who appear interested in networking with me based on their profiles. I believe reevaluating this decision and lifting the aforementioned restriction would greatly assist me in my daily networking tasks. It is possible that this restriction stemmed from outside hacking activities on my account, as I noticed unusual behavior related to messaging services. For security reasons, I have already changed my LinkedIn password to prevent any future unauthorized access. Additionally, I am a paid subscriber to the Recruiter Pro company.
Best regards,
Jacek B.

Dear LinkedIn,
I had an email conversation last year but was unable to reset my password due to a non-functional link. I believe there are two linked accounts under my name, one with [redacted] and another with [redacted] After some difficulty, I successfully closed the yahoo.com account. The one associated with the mq.edu.au email still exists, but I am unable to access it without the password. Despite requesting a password reset, I am not receiving the necessary link at my mq.edu.au email address. Can you please help me regain access to my account under [redacted] so I can update my information? Thank you for your assistance.
