Speak to someone, although apparently customer service doesn’t exist..... ... I have tried to get help from customer support, but with no joy. I never asked to upgrade to Premium, yet I have it and according to you, I am paying for it. I wish to cancel, and get a refund, I contacted Apple, they say no payment had been made, yet you say a payment has been taken, it from where and how can I cancel it? Also, why can’t I spea’ to a human being??? Apple take calls, they have been helpful...why can’t you?

Because apparently I pay you money for you to not give me anything in return. I also cannot cancel.....
Aside from spending time with Apple - who do take telephone calls and were helpful. I could try slitting my wrists next?
