I previously subscribe to Lynda.com, and yesterday I renew my annual subscription. However, after i logged in to my Lynda account, the expiration date still remains the old one, did not follow my new subcription expiration date. I feel very unsecure and cancelled my Lynda subcription through LinkedIn, however, I did not receive any official email or notification to prove that I have already cancelled my Lynda subscription. Last time, Lynda was not related to LinkedIn, but now it is, and I was so confused. because we were forced to use LinkedIn acc to sign in to Lynda. and we do not understand why even we use different LinkedIn acc, it will direct us to our old Lynda acc. I feel so unsecure and dangeroud, I would like to delete my old Lynda acc and create a new one but the system wont allow. Please help!
