I was not notified about the end of my free trial, and not I have been charged for an annual subscription that I cannot afford. I had previously been set up as a monthly payer and would like to continue with premium on that basis. Is is possible to get my annual subscription refunded and to switch to the monthly plan. If not how do I claim a refund for the whole period and cancel my account?
