The issue in GetHuman-tamabusi's own words
log in. does not accept password that is currently correctly linked to my account on my desktop. the cell is simply another device. ... i can log in with my username and password just fine on my desktop. but on my cell phone i cannot log in with the same username and password. i use the same email address for both. i have tried to reset password on cell but it will not accept**USERNAME: *****@***.com*EMAIL: *****@***.com*ACCOUNT UNDER NAME: Tama Tasley-Beltran*TELEPHONE: ***-***-****
