Was trying to return item but seller rejected saying the item is the same so they rejected it and cleo suggested to file a dispute case, which I did. ... The item I received is not what is advertised, Filed a dispute case but no progress, contacted lazada multiple times no answer. Order **************** package **. Its pass the return. What to do? Also seller rejected return request and keep on insisting its the same item. Now, what I want is to return the item and get my refund!
This is really FRUSTRATING as I tried the help center and followed the instructions in order for me to get an update on my dispute case. Done that multiple times because Im worried I will not get my refund if its pass the return deadline but now its already pass the * days and I don't know what to do anymore!
I want to get my money back and give me something for the incovenience this caused me from the day the item was delivered.
I am a good costumer because I order a lot from lazada and this is my first time to file a dispute case against a seller. I also give reviews to sellers. I've been ordering for quite some time now.
Tried lazada help center but it did not give me the proper answer!
