I ordered a **" *k Smart TV (MyView brand) with Order **************** & it arrives ********. The red power lit up when plugged but it won't turn on with the remote control. We replaced the battery with a total brand new but still the same thing happen. We need support as they only have * days return policy, which is not very good due to the delivery and response time & the cost of the unit too which is cheaper than standard brand price but it's still a lot of money. Appreciate your immediate help on the matter. Thank you.
